Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with both existing and prospective customers.
- Assist customers in finalizing online purchases by following up on abandoned carts.
- Suggest complementary products based on prior purchases.
- Provide customers with updates on new product lines and exclusive collections.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in personal shopper positions within the luxury retail sector, ideally with remote sales exposure via phone, email, social media, or WhatsApp.
- A deep enthusiasm for fashion and luxury brands.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £37,000 plus commission.
