📍 Location: Chard, Somerset (Hybrid working available after 6 months)
💰 Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (DOE)
⏰ Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday (Part-time hours considered)

Job Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, your main duties will include:

🔹 Processing payroll for clients with different payroll cycles (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
🔹 Calculating tax and National Insurance (NI) contributions
🔹 Understanding payroll deductions and how to accurately calculate take-home pay after taxes
🔹 Managing pay increases, bonuses, and overtime payments
🔹 Handling statutory payments such as Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), and Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP)
🔹 Preparing reports for HMRC and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
🔹 Managing pension auto-enrolment and assessments
🔹 Answering payroll-related queries from clients in a professional and timely manner
🔹 Ensuring accurate payroll records and maintaining data confidentiality
