Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical consultation and post-sale customer support.
- Develop precise 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD LT for client approval.

- Identify and resolve quality and installation issues efficiently.
- Conduct product training for clients and internal teams, both on-site and remotely.
- Create detailed technical guides for installation and product usage.

- Maintain accurate records and project documentation within the CRM system.
