Role Overview
The Chief Operating Office at Royal London is going through an exciting overhaul, including rolling out a new Target Operating Model (TOM). As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a important part of ensuring everything transitions smoothly—think overseeing operational realignment, restructuring processes, and optimizing workflows. You’ll need to bring strong skills in business analysis, transformation management, and strategic restructuring. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to fit into the new TOM structure.
- Implement new value streams and workflows within the TOM framework.
